Gaspard the nightwalker<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ever-bright, like the flames of this<\/p>\n

land, refuse to land.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

like fire, these rocks glint a surprise<\/p>\n

of ground-fog. you, too, see<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the split\u2014watching it burn. grey<\/p>\n

parts for air. the whoosh of sky<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and a moon, more than half-closed,<\/p>\n

gloat much\u2014too much for comfort<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

or curtain. so what if I would<\/p>\n

rather watch the fit from here?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

see flame as the house, with no<\/p>\n

idea of ceil or sealing, but for what<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

one has taught and housed with it.<\/p>\n

this, my argument, do understand.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

some call me the nightwalker,<\/p>\n

because I cannot be seen\u2014am,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

essentially, invisible. I can set fire<\/p>\n

to bodies, then flirt a feather back<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

into tempered symmetry. darling,<\/p>\n

when I dare you back, I feel nothing<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

for you. walk out onto the air.<\/p>\n
